HOW MANY EMPLOYEES DO WE HAVE?
In terms of our “in-house” workforce, we operate as a compact company. This, in effect, minimizes our overhead expenses and allows us to provide competitive pricing in the current market. Our team comprises highly skilled craftsmen and experienced project managers who have been collaborating with us for an extended period, ensuring the successful completion of our projects.
WHAT IS OUR TYPICAL PROJECT SIZE?
Our projects typically range from $150,000 – $10,000,000+. We generally don’t take on projects less than $150,000.
WHAT AREAS DO WE WORK IN?
The majority of our projects are situated in Florida, although we are open to traveling for work.
CAN I GET A PROJECT PRICE WITHOUT CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS?
To establish the final pricing for your project, we require a complete set of construction drawings. Nevertheless, we also provide Design-Build and Pre-Construction services, allowing us to guide your project from its initial concept to the final inspection and issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.).
